The Gladstone Conference Center is a multi-purpose facility used for performances, lectures, and intimate to large gatherings. DSA was consulted to improve the acoustics of the space and provide sound-system recommendations. 

Through measurements and observations, DSA diagnosed flutter echo's between vertically spaced walls, along with poorly located and directed speakers.

By re-arranging the reinforcement source positions already in place, the speech intelligibility of the room was drastically improved without incurring any additional costs.  Absorptive wall coverage was calculated to eliminate the flutter echo, and a design was sketched to preserve the conference center's aesthetic appeal.
